1. Choose an exercise (for example, see Lifeline USA band pdf).
2.
Perform the exercise with perfect form for 1 minute.
3. Rest for 1 minute.
4. Perform the exercise with perfect form for one minute.
5. Rest for a minute.
6. Perform the exercise
for one last one minute round.
7. You're finished!
